Claygate Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy in the heart of Claygate. We are conveniently located in Johnstons Newsagents and Post Office on The Parade, and are in close proximity to Claygate Station with ample parking available. Our friendly and experienced staff are committed to providing the highest level of service for our community. We look forward to serving you soon!

Nilufer Karim, Pharmacist


Nilufer graduated from the University of London School of Pharmacy in 2007 and  has since worked in a variety of community pharmacies in Central London and Surrey. She has also worked as a clinical writer for the Pharmaceutical Press within the drug interactions team. Nilufer has undergone pharmacy management training and is accredited to provide a variety of pharmacy services.

Shazid Karim, Director


Shazid graduated from Guy's, King's & St Thomas's Medical School in 2005 and became a GP in 2011. He currently works in Cobham and has special interests in healthcare management and the commissioning of community healthcare services.  He was brought up in the area and lives locally with his wife and baby daughter.

Hannah Almond, Pharmacy Manager


Hannah qualified at the University of Brighton in 2006 and spent the first part of her career managing a pharmacy situated within a busy doctors' surgery in West Sussex. In 2010, she moved to London and has worked in a number of locations across the City. Hannah has a wealth of experience in pharmacy operations and tailoring services to meet the needs of the local community.

Francesca Gavins, Pharmacy Student


Francesca is a second year pharmacy student at UCL School of Pharmacy who has grown up in the local area. She has experience in customer service and is interested in the services that pharmacists provide to the local community.

Aly Virani, Marketing Consultant


Aly is a dentist based in Cardiff and Bristol who has been involved in design, marketing and information technology for the company. He has close ties to the local community.
